We are hiring an Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative in Danvers MA

Elliot Whittier Insurance is looking for a Personal Lines CSR that possesses the skills to service a full set of accounts for insurance on Homes, Autos, Umbrellas, Dwelling Fires, Boats and more. Will work and communicate regularly with our policyholders, our agency producers, and insurance companies. We strive to provide quality customer service to all our customers, must be friendly, outgoing and be able to deal with customer concerns and questions in a professional and timely manner.


Communication with customers Assist customers with all inquiries and requests including billing, coverage, and claims.

Service accounts - Annual renewal reviews, upsell current accounts based on customer need, remarket policies as needed, process endorsements and cancellation requests, notify customers of company requests and follow ups, other tasks and requests as they arise.

Solicit, Quote and Issue new business - Must possess the ability to quote and explain proper coverage, and secure all necessary documentation needed to put an insurance policy in place.

Registry Work - Prepare registry RTAs and other paperwork. Issue binders as needed

TECHNOLOGY: Must possess the ability to multi-task between several websites and programs. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook required. Knowledge of Applied EPIC agency management system and Singlepoint preferred. We use AdobeSign for applications and Ringcentral phone system.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years experience in the Insurance industry preferred. Current Massachusetts P&C License preferred.  Email contact here.
